She conducts several nutrition education classes & workshops for children, parents, business & medical professionals in both English and Spanish. She specializes in infant, children, and family nutrition, weight loss management, and Hispanic nutrition. Norma provides nutrition consultation services, medical nutrition therapy, and is a well-known nutrition educator in the dietetics community. Ms. Molina has been interviewed as a nutrition specialist on both radio & TV stations, and has contributed to published books & articles. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the California Dietetic Association.
