The RSVP Event Center is located in the heart of Silicon Valley. Our beautiful
new location has two spectacular rooms with over 15,000
square feet of event space. Each room has unique qualities, however, can
be used together to enhance any event.
If the exterior of our facility doesn’t capture you from the moment
you walk past the ponds with running fountains and fabulous columns, stepping
into the marble lobby with luscious greenery and waterfall will. Once in the
hall you will be able to choose the Camelot Ballroom or the Excalibur Ballroom,
or use both rooms to create an event that will not be forgotten!
The halls have access to a large food preparation area for the caterer to
stage wonderful presentations for your event. The RSVP Staff is extremely flexible
and knowledgeable and we are eager to work with you to design and exceed your
expectations.
RSVP can also provide a multitude of services for your event, from full theme
décor, interactive activities, limousines, entertainment and party rental
equipment, to unique items such as; ice sculptured martini bars, dove releases
and horse drawn carriages. If we don’t have it in house, we know exactly
where to get it for you.

Camelot Ballroom
The Camelot Ballroom with it’s wonderful atrium lighting, gives you
a very open and airy feel. This Ballroom is terrific for any event! Utilizing
this room in conjunction with Excalibur the possibilities are endless, have a
sales meeting in Excalibur then break for lunch to Camelot, get married in Camelot
and Dine and Dance the night away in Excalibur!
Excalibur Ballroom
The Excalibur Ballroom is fantastic! This multi-functional room has an incredible
18’D x 40’L stage front and center. Our state of the art built-in
digital projector’s and projection screens placed on either side of the
stage, will enhance any presentation. The room is perfectly balanced for sound
with a comprehensive Sound & Lighting booth to control all aspects of a professionally
set stage presentation.
