Additionally, there are professional Reservations Specialists available by telephone
between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight (PST), everyday of the week.
Accuracy of Reservations
After we have received your request for services, confirmations of reservations
are forwarded to your corporate representative via fax or email to ensure accuracy
of content.
Our reservation system allows your Corporate Travel staff to arrange all ground
transportation with one phone call, one click or one fax. Freeing up their time

The Very Best of Professional Chauffeurs
Our drivers are the very best available! All El Paseo chauffeurs are trained
and lectured by the Executive Professional Chauffeuring School, Inc. and are
required to undergo a two week driving orientation with a seasoned professional
chauffeur before they are certified to drive for El Paseo. Periodically, Management
will randomly choose a driver for an “on-the-spot” drive along to
assess driving abilities and demeanor thereby ensuring top quality professionalism
and conformity to company policies.

That’s why El Paseo’s Reservations Specialists and chauffeurs pre-screen
your flights and monitor airline arrivals constantly, everyday! So, if your flight
is delayed or arriving early, you don’t have to worry about your ground
transportation plans. Take comfort in knowing that we know when you will need
us…..and we’ll be there!
El Paseo Management evaluates all scheduled
transportation for itinerary locations and time constraints before any of our
chauffeurs leave the office to undertake in the days activities. Replacement
limousines, kept in reserve at company headquarters and monitored by Our Fleet
Manager, stand ready to assume the “back-up” role
should a scheduling conflict arise due to traffic, airline delays or unforeseen
complications.

Airport Pickups: Chauffeurs
will greet clients at their designated baggage claim area with a sign bearing
the client’s name. After greeting
them the chauffeur will assist with any luggage they may have. If the vehicle
is nearby, the client may choose to walk to the limo, or they may be picked up
curbside if they wish. We monitor the airline’s flight schedule by phone,
so we are aware of any time changes that may occur effecting your arrival or
departure and make adjustments accordingly. International passengers will be
met outside the customs gate.
Confirmation: We will do confirmation calls with the booking agent as well
as calling the client at home for departures. We also confirm arrivals to ensure
travel plans have remained unchanged.
Airline arrivals are monitored throughout the day by office staff and the
chauffeurs, who communicate constantly to keep information, updated and make
adjustments accordingly.
Chauffeurs will greet our clients at their designated baggage claim area.
Clients will see their name on a sign, held by our chauffeur. International arrivals
will see their chauffeur outside of the customs area.
