History
Our restaurant experience began 30 years ago
in Guadalajara, Mexico with Mama Teresa and Abuelita Sara at their restaurant
'La Fondita Dona Tere', where Fili Cuellar, chef, owner & operator of Patron
Plaza Mariachi began to learn Grandma’s secrets of Mexican cuisine. He
dedicated many years to learning his Mother's and Grandma’s recipes which
represent all Regions of Mexico.
