Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
1. Resolve customer issues on the end-user 800 number, take warranty action and
provide technical information to end-users, LifeScan Professional Representatives,
Distributors and Health Care Professionals. Enter customer transactions into
the Complaint Handling Database.
2. May assist in the training of new hire personnel by serving as an information
resource.
3. Participate in departmental and interdepartmental teams, meetings and projects.
Other Duties:
Required to work periodic Holidays.
Schedules may require working one or both weekend days, based on business needs.
May be required to work during periodic company functions and/ or meetings based
on business needs.
Experience/Skills:
0-2 years Customer Service experience, 2-3 years prior experience in a service-related
industry or the medical field preferred.
Salary:
Averaging $18 per hour depending on experience
