Alliance Credit Union is looking for a results oriented IT Support Administrator to join our team. Essential Job Functions:

• Day-to-day network administration, troubleshooting, Windows 2000 server, Microsoft Exchange 2000 and Outlook client support
• Phone, email, and hands-on technical support (hardware and software) to local and remote Windows users.
• Configure, install, and support PC Windows based hardware and software on desktops and servers.
• System backup, recovery and security tasks including maintenance of Cisco routers, anti-virus software, etc.
• Able to perform system maintenance and upgrades after office hours and on weekends.
• Detect, prioritize, and respond to performance and availability issues regarding computer systems.
• Responsible for communicating problem updates, resolution and additional information to end users, senior management and IT team members.
• Document work related procedures, cross train and share information with team members.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering disciplines or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage a network in an environment with multiple remote locations and 120+ users
• Experience with Citrix
• Experience in managing Cisco routers, switches, and firewall
• Familiarity with Cisco VolP is a plus
• Knowledge of desktop and Dell Server Hardware administration
• Experience in providing Windows XP and 2000 Desktop support
• Experience with Windows 2000 Server and NT Desktop
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server and Outlook client support
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
• Experience with Microsoft IIS
• Experience with Microsoft Office 2000
• Knowledge of TCP/IP
• Strong communications, customer service and troubleshooting skills
