Member Service Associates (tellers) are responsible for providing a high quality
of member service in such activities as:
Processing share account and loan transactions
Cross-selling Credit Union products and services (Personal and Branch goals)
Cashing checks
Redeeming savings bonds
Selling money orders and travelers' checks
Accurately maintaining member account records
Balancing each day's transactions and verifying cash totals
Requirements:
Strong emphasis on cross-selling credit union products and services. (Previous
sales exp. helpful)
Excellent member service skills.
Previous teller experience helpful. Cash handling skills required.
Bilingual English/Spanish helpful.
