International Travel agency is seeking a highly motivated,
entrepreneurial individual to join their growing organization. The successful
candidate thrives in a dynamic environment where execution and decision making
are critical. The primary focus of the job is to successfully guide the system
implementation and roll-out of new business applications to the main office and
affiliate organizations. In addition, the job involves working closely
with current staff to implement operations, productivity improvements and all
day-to-day assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
• Implementation and maintenance
of new business applications
• Management of projects including
setting goals, dates and reporting
• Coordination of all system
suppliers and vendors
• Supply visibility to senior
management of all issues, concerns, progress, and dates
• Execution of all assigned
tasks
Requirements
• 1-3 years of work experience
in implementing new office systems.
• High School diploma and A.A.
required
• Bachelor’s degree strongly
preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written
communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Outstanding computer skills
including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel. Large office system experience ( i.e.
ERP, HR, Oracle, BEA, salesforce.com, etc…)
