Assist in the growth and development of the Shopping Center
Specialty Leasing program, under direction of the General Manager and Specialty
Leasing Manager. Support all aspects of the leasing process, from the day to
day, management and administration of the “Temporary Retail Merchants” to
coordinating and prospecting for new merchants, advertising clients, interior
and exterior center events, and any other revenue potential, to drive the company’s
income expectation for the Shopping Center.
Experience/Skills:
Qualified candidates will have a bachelors degree or higher.
Retail, real estate, or sales experience is preferred. The candidate will possess
a strong desire to grow into the position and have the ability to effectively
communicate with all internal and external clients, including; center merchants,
national retail representatives, department heads, and in addition, will work
closely with the Management, Leasing, Marketing and Operations team. This position
requires a highly organized individual, with strong career goals. Flexibility
is a must.
Salary: Will commensurate with
experience.
