Contract Administration
Job Description:
Relative to contract administration: to perform a variety of professional, technical
and administrative support functions in the analysis of District-wide programs;
to conduct difficult and sensitive analyses of District-wide policies, operations,
problems, systems and procedures; and to perform a variety of analytical duties
relative to assigned area of responsibility.
Experience/Skills:
Experience: Five years of increasingly responsible experience in administrative,
management, systems, operations, budgetary or similar analyses; experience should
reflect diversity of analytical experience and Training: Equivalent to a Bachelor’s
degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public
administration, political science, business administration or a related field.
Directly related experience may be substituted for the college requirement on
the basis of one and one-half years of experience for one year of education to
a maximum of four years.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:
Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid California driver’s
license may be required with determinations made on a case by case basis. Prior
to appointment, candidates will be required to successfully complete a medical
examination. Postmarks, facsimiles, and electronic application packages will

Salary:
$6,677.13- $8,135.42 per month - Based on a five-step salary plan. Includes District
payment of 8% PERS—Public Employees’ Retirement System
