Senior Windows Engineer that has extensive background in Active Directory architecture,
design, and implementation; has an understanding of Storage Area
Networks; and, is familiar with the VMware ESX 3.5 environment.
Enterprise level Windows Engineer. This candidate will have a
minimum of 3-5 years experience supporting Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
and related applications. MSCE highly Preferred.
The qualifications for this position are as follows:
• 3-5 years of proven experience administering and troubleshooting a LAN/WAN
- TCP/IP environment using Windows 2000 and 2003.
• Experience with Windows clustering utilizing SAN storage.
• Experience with design, implementation, documentation and migration
to a new production Win2K domain w/ Active Directory.
• Experience in migrating an organization from Windows NT to Active Directory.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as CA and IPMon.
• Working knowledge of DNS, Internet Infrastructure, and IP informational tools.
• Participation in on-call and maintenance rotation.
• Experience with anti-virus applications and patching applications such as McAfee
and Update Expert.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical and written communication and interpersonal
skills.
